Expo Terms and Conditions

By registering you grant this organization permission to contact you regarding your registration as well as to receive updates and/or promotional materials from this organization and the show's exhibitors and sponsors.


Yale Robbins Publications, LLC. , its employees and officers, “Show Management” reserves the right to create or have created for it photographs or video (collectively “Images”) of the show including its Exhibits, Exhibitors and Attendees. You agree that Management may use these Images for but not limited to advertising, sales, publicity and editorial, without compensation to Attendee and all rights title and interest, including all worldwide copyrights therein, will be Management's sole property, free of any claims by Attendee.

If a promotional offer requires a promo code to receive the offer you must register online using the Source/VIP code (“the Promo Code”) contained in the original printed offer. Attendees to arrive at the event who have so registered and request the offer at the guest services counter on site on the day of the event will be eligible. Online registrations without the promo code are not eligible for the promotion.

Expo exhibitors and employees of the show Sponsor are not eligible for promtions or special exhibitor promotions. Only one promotional offer of any kind per person.

In the event that an exhibitior offers goods or service to be raffeled as a prize, a “Special Promotion”, Show Management will draw a winner at random from the raffel forms submitted at the cooperator’s booth, The winner, will receive the Special Promotion, directly from the exhibitor offering said Special Promotion.

Show Management is not responsible for any of the exhibiting company’s Special Promotions. As a condition of their registration to this show, Winners of any drawing agree to hold Show Management harmless from any damages resulting from or related to any individual Special Promotion including damages arising from the use thereof or the failure of an Exhibitor to provide their Special Promotion.

Winners will be drawn during show hours. Winners do not need to be present to win.

Expo exhibitors and employees of the show Sponsor are not eligible for any promtions or Special Exhibitor Promotions. Only one promotional offer of any kind per person.

While we take measures to ensure safety of all Attendees at the Expo, we cannot control every circumstance. Every Attendee is responsible for their safety and any of their belongings and agrees to hold Show Management harmless from any and all claims and causes of action for loss of or damage to their property and for any injury to their person, except if arising from the willful negligence of Show Management. Attendees will indemnify management for any damages arising from their actions, including legal fees and any other related costs

You acknowledge and agree that Yale Robbins Publications and its affiliates, "Management" reserves the right to prevent you from entering the event or remove you from the Event at its sole discretion for any reason whatsoever including but not limited to your presence or behavior will creates a disruption or hinders the Event or the enjoyment of the Event by other attendees or exhibitors or if you have violated the No Suitcasing Policy or any of the rules related to the event. Neither Yale Robbins Publications nor its affiliates shall be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential costs, damages or losses arising directly or indirectly from its refusal to allow you to attend or from your removal from the Event or any other aspect related thereto. All badges are the property of Management and must be returned to Management upon request.

Suitcasing refers to the practice of companies or persons who go to shows as attendees but “work the aisles” from their suitcase (briefcase), soliciting business from other attendees and exhibitors. For the good of the show and the exhibitors supporting the show, the only legitimate place to conduct business during show hours is within a contracted exhibit space on the show floor. Exhibiting companies are encouraged to protect their investment and report any violations to Show Management.

Please note that any attendee who is observed to be soliciting business in the aisles or other public spaces, in another company’s booth, or in violation of any portion of the Show Rules and Suitcasing Policy, will be asked to leave immediately. Additional penalties may be applied. Please report any violations you may observe to Show Management.
